Termite Service warranty is available, if applicable, following a successful termite inspection. Also accessible as an upgrade following the first year of a treatment warranty. Annual re-inspections are performed and if new, live, or active termites are found at any time during the warranty period, any necessary termite treatment will be performed at no additional cost, as provided by the warranty. This warranty does include only the qualifying structure and not separate nearby structures.
Quarterly Service Spray
Our comprehensive pest control services cover a wide range of common pests, including ants, rodents, centipedes, spiders, and grasshoppers. During our scheduled visits, we reapply treatments, rebait rodent traps, inspect glue board traps, and thoroughly reassess your property for any new pest issues. Should you encounter any pest problems between our quarterly visits, we offer an additional service visit at no extra charge for the first occurrence. This ensures your property remains pest-free and your peace of mind intact.
Exterior Pest Barrier
Our Exterior Pest Barrier service prevents common pests from entering your home by applying a comprehensive exterior spray every two months. Additionally, you can opt for our monthly mosquito spray at a discounted rate, providing enhanced protection and peace of mind.
Monthly Mosquito Control
Our Monthly Mosquito Control service includes the application of a specialized mist to effectively manage and reduce the mosquito population on your property. For enhanced control, we also offer In2Care systems, which provide deeper and more comprehensive mosquito management. This advanced system is available for an additional monthly fee, ensuring a higher level of protection and comfort.
